At Mayflower Place, our goal is to promote independence, physical well-being, and a renewed sense of energy. The Fitness Center—which houses a gym, a swimming pool, a whirlpool, exercise equipment, locker rooms for men and women, and a social area—is designed to improve the health and well-being of residents and seniors.

A leader in senior fitness, Mayflower Place offers customized programs designed by certified instructors based on overall goals, health status, and age. Programs may incorporate swimming, strength training, stretching, and cardiovascular conditioning.

Personalized Fitness Programs

At the Fitness Center, individually tailored fitness programs help seniors experience the benefits of exercise safely. Fitness Director Rick Pizzuto, an exercise physiologist, oversees our physician-endorsed program.

Water Fitness
A heated indoor pool, Jacuzzi, and a range of specialized classes are at the center of the Mayflower Place Aquatic Program.
